My Journey
Welcome to my creative journey! My name is Daniel, and I'm a designer based in San Francisco, originally hailing from the bustling city of Chicago. With a wide-ranging palette of creative interests, including illustration, photography, graphic design, painting, videography, makeup artistry, and even performing arts and dance, my passion for creativity knows no bounds.

In 2013, I made the bold decision to venture westward to San Francisco, drawn by its vibrancy, magic, and progressive culture. My goal was simple: to elevate my craft and explore new creative horizons in a city that inspired me like no other.

However, fate had other plans in store for me. Despite my aspirations to continue my educational studies in graphic design, unforeseen circumstances prevented me from doing so upon my arrival. Undeterred by this setback, I rolled up my sleeves and embarked on a journey of self-discovery, determined to forge my own path.

In those early years in San Francisco, I immersed myself in the city's vivacious arts scene, showcasing my artwork in galleries and venues across town while working multiple part-time jobs to make ends meet. It was during this time that I discovered my passion for creating immersive experiences through window displays and in-store visual merchandising.

As I networked my way through the city, my projects grew in scale and complexity. One of the highlights was designing and constructing a performance stage for Pride 2017, featured prominently in the heart of Civic Center during the festivities. It was a pivotal moment that ignited my passion for event design and large-scale installations.
Driven by my newfound purpose, I made the leap into the corporate world, working as an in-house designer for reputable tech companies like Cisco and Semgrep. Here, I gained invaluable experience in project management, budgeting, and vendor coordination, honing my skills in the behind-the-scenes intricacies of planning large-scale events.

Yet, amidst the hustle and bustle of corporate life, my heart yearned for something more meaningful. I realized that my true joy came not only from the production of events, but from the profound impact they left on those who experienced them.
And so, with a renewed sense of purpose, I decided to pursue event design independently, determined to uplift and inspire others through my work. My goal is simple yet ambitious: to continue developing my business, to inspire the next generation of designers, and to create positive, memorable experiences that resonate with hearts and minds alike.

I would be honored to have you join me on this exciting new chapter of my creative journey. Together, let's design a world where every moment is a masterpiece, and every experience is an opportunity for joy and inspiration.
